You control your data. This page explains the rights you have over your personal information, what happens when you ask us to delete it, and gives you a form to submit a request — including rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and Canada's PIPEDA.

Depending on where you live, you have some or all of the following rights over the personal information we hold about you. We honour these rights for everyone, everywhere, as a baseline — not only where a law requires it.
| Right | What it means |
|---|---|
| Access | Get a copy of the personal data we hold about you and information about how it's used. |
| Correction | Fix data that is inaccurate or incomplete. |
| Deletion ("right to be forgotten") | Have your account and associated personal data erased, subject to legal retention limits. |
| Portability | Receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. |
| Restriction & objection | Ask us to pause certain processing, or object to it. |
| Withdraw consent | Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. |
| Non-discrimination | You won't receive lesser service for exercising any of these rights. |
2. Deleting your data
Three ways to delete
- In the app — go to Settings → Account → Delete account to remove your account and personal profile data.
- This form — submit the request form below and choose "Delete my account & data".
- By email — write to info@taskflowpro.com from the address on your account.
What gets deleted
On a verified deletion request we delete or irreversibly anonymize your personal data: your account and profile (name, email, phone, job title), your authentication identity, device push tokens, in-app messages you sent, and diagnostic identifiers linked to you.
What we may keep, and why
- Legal & financial records — invoices and transaction records we're required to keep for tax and accounting law, retained for the statutory period, then deleted.
- Security & abuse logs — minimal records needed to prevent fraud or abuse.
- Organization-owned work data — operational records (clients, work orders, quotes) that belong to your employer's account remain with that organization; contact your administrator to have them removed.
- Backups — residual copies in encrypted backups are purged on our normal backup-rotation cycle.
3. Submit a data request
Complete the form and it will open your email app with a pre-filled, structured request to our privacy team. Send it, and we'll take it from there. (Using your email client keeps your request private — nothing is submitted through this web page.)

4. What happens after you request
- Acknowledgement — we confirm receipt, usually within a few business days.
- Verification — we verify you're the account holder (or authorized to act for them) before actioning the request, to protect your data.
- Action — we complete verified requests within 30 days; if a request is complex we may extend and will tell you why. There's no charge for a reasonable request.
- Confirmation — we let you know when it's done, and what (if anything) we're legally required to retain.
5. Regional rights
EU / EEA & UK (GDPR / UK GDPR)
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and to object, and the right to withdraw consent. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in the UK, the ICO). Our legal bases are contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligation, as applicable.
California (CCPA / CPRA)
You have the right to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined, and we do not use sensitive personal information for purposes requiring an opt-out. You won't be discriminated against for exercising your rights. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request.
Canada (PIPEDA)
You have the right to access your personal information and to challenge its accuracy, and to withdraw consent subject to legal or contractual limits. Taskflow Pro is built with Canadian data-residency in mind.
6. App-store data disclosures
Our mobile data practices are also summarized in Apple's App Privacy label on the App Store and Google's Data Safety section on Google Play. The Mobile applications section of our Privacy Policy lists every device permission the apps request and why. Where those store summaries and our Privacy Policy differ in detail, the Privacy Policy governs.
